A Covid-19 Message to our Customers
We are all feeling the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) individually, in our families, business employees and associates, neighbors and loved ones, and we want to share with you the steps we are taking to help protect the health and safety of our customers, employees and vendors.
We have increased our already intense housekeeping and sanitization efforts in all areas of our plant. We require any of our employees that experience cold or flu-like symptoms to stay home and follow the CDC’s instructions. A Work from Home policy has been implemented for our sales staff and anyone else on staff who is able to work from home. In regards to our facilities and manufacturing functions that require our employees to perform on site, we are vigorously implementing procedures to increase already existing health and safety precautions.
We are closely monitoring local and national reports on the evolving impact of COVID-19. Based on guidance from the United States, State Public Health Agencies and applicable public health agencies, and also relying heavily on our industry association, PIA (Printing Industries of America) for information specific to our production process, we will adhere to any new policies and/or orders that are implemented.
Since we print health food and pharmaceutical labeling and packaging; aerospace production and quality control materials; and financial institution forms and other materials, we are exempt from the “Stay at Home” orders. Our suppliers and service providers are also exempt in part because they support us.
Patterson Graphics understands that our customers may be concerned with the potential risks of disruptions of printing their products. We are open and here to serve you, but we also have long standing relationships with many other printers in the area to back each other up in case of an emergency.
